Laing Self Storage Continues Growth with Self Storage Expansion in Conklin, NY

Conklin, NY – September 15th, 2020 – Laing Self Storage, a member of the Laing family of companies, proudly announces the expansion of a self storage center in Conklin, NY.

This expansion is the 3rd Laing Self Storage location in the Binghamton area with locations in Endwell and Binghamton. The newest Laing Self Storage (www.laingselfstorage.com/conklin) facility is located at 430 Broome Corp Parkway, Conklin, NY. The first stage, slated to open in mid November 2020 will offer 13,500 rentable square feet and will have a variety of unit sizes with easy access drive up storage. Stage 2 of the expansion will be finished in late 2021 for a total of 52,000 net rentable square feet.

“We’ve had 5 acres sitting vacant for over 20 years and after the second devastating flood in 2011, we
decided that Conklin and the surrounding areas needed a facility that doesn’t flood. Our location, located in the Corporate Park is a great location for servicing all of Binghamton and PA,” stated Brian Laing, President.

Laing Self Storage has plans to enrich the customer experience when moving and storing. This includes
