Am I allowed to use the overhead doors and bays?

Yes, however we ask that you use common sense – when its raining or snowing we ask that you keep your car parked outside in order to prevent any run off from your vehicle.

What is the best way to communicate with Laing Self Storage?

When renting a storage unit, you will provide us with a valid email and cell phone number and upon finalizing your unit, you will receive an email and text message from Laing Self Storage. Please save this email and phone number and you will receive communication from us. Don’t worry – we will not sell your information like the other guys do!

​How should I pack my belongings in storage?

With lots of care – please do not pack your belongings in a temperature controlled locker or non temperature controlled locker expecting them to be safe! It is imperative to store content with as much protection as possible! Its on you as a renter to protect your content as Laing Self Storage will not be held responsible for any contents damaged. ​Do you offer Tenant Protection?

How do I log into my account?

When you originally rented your locker, you should have received an email with the subject heading, “Laing Self Storage Conklin Account Created”. Within the email will have your Username and Password and link associated with your storage location.

To log in, follow the steps below:

    1. Click the link
    2. In the upper right hand corner, click “Make a Payment/Login”
    3. Enter your US/PW, click “Log In”

What do I do when I want to move out?

    2. In the upper right hand corner, click “Make a Payment/Login”

    4. Located under Current Rentals, click the “Request” button under Move-out
How do I move out once I’ve requested move out date?

Its quite simple – once you’re fully moved out of your locker, text us or email us a pic of your empty locker and the locker number to the cell phone number associated with your storage location. Once we receive the picture, we will then finalize your move out.
