## How long is the lease term?

Laing Self Storage offers month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term
commitment. We know how quickly things change in life, and we will
work with your needs.

## When can I get to my belongings?

You can access your belongings seven days a week from
7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Facility access hours are separate from
our call center hours.

## Will my belongings be safe?

Laing Self Storage facilities use security features to help protect
your belongings. These may include 24-hour video surveillance and
electronic gate access. Specific security features vary by location.

## How can I make a payment?

Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our website.
You may also arrange to have your payment automatically deducted
from your credit card.

## Do you require insurance?

Laing Self Storage requires all tenants to provide proof of insurance
coverage for all property stored at the facility. If you have a
homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, it may cover your stored
items. Please review your policy or contact your insurance carrier
to find out.

If you are providing your own insurance, we need a copy of your current
certificate of insurance or declarations page for our records. If you
don’t have a policy or are not sure what your current policy covers,
affordable tenant insurance is available for purchase when you sign
your lease.

## How much notice do I need to give to move out?

You are required to log into your profile through our website and
request a move-out date. Full details on the vacating policy will
be provided at the time of move-in.

## Do you prorate my move-out?

Billing occurs on the monthly anniversary of your move-in date.
Rent is never prorated or refunded. Tenants must vacate the storage
unit no later than the anniversary date to avoid being charged
for the next month.

## Do you offer boxes and packing supplies?

We want to make your move as stress-free as possible. Laing Self Storage
does not currently offer packing supplies at our sites. However,
if you need packing supplies, we can order what you need.

## What are temperature-controlled units?

Temperature-controlled units are cooled in the summer and heated
in the winter. Temperature-controlled storage helps reduce exposure
to extreme heat and cold for items such as electronics, photographs,
and belongings made from wood or plastic.

## Can I store an RV, camper, car, or boat?

Laing Self Storage offers RV, camper, car, and boat storage at select

## Are there moving trucks available?

Laing Self Storage does not currently provide moving trucks.

## Is my rate guaranteed for the lifetime of my stay with Laing Self Storage?

Your monthly rate is not guaranteed for the lifetime of your stay.
Laing Self Storage is committed to providing professional, safe,
and convenient self storage services. Periodically, we may adjust
rental rates to keep up with rising operating costs and maintain
our facilities.

## Are the facility details provided on the website standard for all Laing Self Storage locations?

Unit sizes are approximate. Unit features, pricing, and availability
vary by facility. All discounts and coupons are subject to terms
and conditions based on location and unit size.
